CC6Bet Terms and Conditions – Philippines Betting Rules

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the CC6Bet platform – whether through the website at cc6bet.best, through the CC6Bet mobile application, or through any other official CC6Bet channel – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with CC6Bet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules posted on the platform in relation to specific games, promotions, or services.

These terms apply to all registered CC6Bet players in the Philippines. If you are accessing CC6Bet on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. Your continued use of CC6Bet after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

CC6Bet operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All services provided by CC6Bet are governed by applicable Philippine law, including the relevant provisions of PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming operators.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The CC6Bet platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a hard requirement under Philippine law and CC6Bet policy. No exceptions are made.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time you place a bet or participate in a game.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of CC6Bet or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be a person who has self-excluded from CC6Bet or any other gambling platform as part of a responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

CC6Bet uses Know Your Customer (KYC) verification processes to confirm eligibility. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and other documentation before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. CC6Bet reserves the right to request these documents at any time.

Account Registration

Each person may hold only one CC6Bet account. The creation of duplicate accounts – whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a CC6Bet account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. CC6Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate account information you have provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CC6Bet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. CC6Bet will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact CC6Bet support immediately at support@cc6bet.best and change your password without delay.

All activity carried out under your CC6Bet account is your responsibility. If you allow another person to use your account – whether intentionally or through negligence – you remain fully liable for all bets placed, losses incurred, and any Terms and Conditions violations committed through that account.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on CC6Bet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). CC6Bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may require additional verification.

Accepted Payment Methods

CC6Bet currently supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits:

• GCash (instant deposit)
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

CC6Bet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All funds deposited into your CC6Bet account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Failed Deposits

If a deposit is debited from your payment source but does not appear in your CC6Bet account within 30 minutes, contact CC6Bet support with your transaction reference number. CC6Bet will investigate and either credit the deposit or arrange a refund within 3 business days. CC6Bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on CC6Bet is ₱100. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified CC6Bet account details. CC6Bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing Times

CC6Bet may place a withdrawal on hold if: (a) KYC verification for your account is incomplete; (b) CC6Bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular activity on your account; (c) you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; or (d) your account is subject to a security review. CC6Bet will notify you of any withdrawal hold and the reason within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Fees

CC6Bet does not charge withdrawal fees for Gold tier and above members. Standard and Silver tier accounts may be subject to a processing fee of up to ₱50 per GCash or Maya withdrawal and up to ₱100 per bank transfer. No withdrawal fees apply to card payouts. Fee structures are subject to change with 7 days' notice to affected members.

Bonuses & Promotions

CC6Bet offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry periods that are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all CC6Bet bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. One bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn from your CC6Bet account.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on eligible bets only. Bets that are voided, pushed, or cashed out do not count toward wagering requirements.
• CC6Bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or manipulation of wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies.
• Unclaimed bonus funds expire 30 days from the date they are credited unless a shorter expiry is stated in the promotion terms.
• CC6Bet VIP Club cashback credits are subject to the conditions stated in the VIP Club terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Betting Rules

By placing a bet on CC6Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules for the market you are betting on. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on CC6Bet:

Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed on CC6Bet. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds used for settlement regardless of subsequent line movement. The minimum bet amount is ₱100.

Void Bets

CC6Bet reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned; the bet was placed using odds that were clearly published in error (palpable error); there is verifiable evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to your CC6Bet account.

Maximum Payout

The maximum payout per single bet on CC6Bet is ₱5,000,000 (Five Million Philippine Peso). For parlay or accumulator bets, the maximum combined payout is ₱10,000,000. CC6Bet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its discretion without prior notice.

Live Betting

Live in-game bets are accepted subject to availability. CC6Bet may suspend live betting markets temporarily at any time during an event. If a live bet is confirmed by the system, it stands regardless of subsequent events within the same game. If a technical fault causes an incorrect live bet acceptance, CC6Bet reserves the right to void the bet.

Card Games (Tongits, Pusoy & Others)

CC6Bet's card game products – including Tongits, Pusoy, and other Filipino card games – are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game lobby, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Game outcomes on CC6Bet are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing processes overseen by CC6Bet's gaming operations team.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the CC6Bet system.
• Collusion between players – including sharing hand information in external chats during an active game session – is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a disconnection during a card game, CC6Bet's system will attempt to automatically complete the hand according to the game rules. If this is not possible, the hand may be voided and stakes returned.
• Tournament buy-ins are non-refundable once the tournament has started unless CC6Bet cancels the tournament before any hands are dealt.

VIP Club

Participation in the CC6Bet VIP Club is subject to the full VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The following key conditions apply:

• VIP points are awarded on eligible CC6Bet activity only and are calculated on a rolling monthly basis.
• CC6Bet reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point multipliers, and benefit structures with 14 days' notice to affected members.
• VIP status is personal and non-transferable. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• CC6Bet may immediately remove a player from the VIP Club if there is evidence of Terms and Conditions violations, including but not limited to multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• VIP cashback is credited in Philippine Peso and constitutes real money (not bonus money) from Silver tier upwards, subject to any applicable minimum balance threshold.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on CC6Bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one CC6Bet account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or card game
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on CC6Bet
• Exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in card game sessions
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines
• Abusing CC6Bet's bonus or promotional system in a manner not consistent with normal recreational betting
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CC6Bet staff or other players

Account Suspension & Closure

CC6Bet may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if: you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions; CC6Bet is required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority; or there is credible evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with your account.

If CC6Bet suspends your account, you will be notified by email within 24 hours unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation. Any legitimate funds in your account at the time of suspension will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If no wrongdoing is confirmed, your funds will be released. If wrongdoing is confirmed, CC6Bet reserves the right to withhold funds in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

You may voluntarily close your CC6Bet account at any time by contacting support@cc6bet.best. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified Philippine payment method within 5 business days of the account closure request, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.

Responsible Gaming

CC6Bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Full details of CC6Bet's responsible gaming programme are available on the Responsible Gaming page. The following tools are available to all CC6Bet account holders:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Loss limits on betting and card game activity
• Cool-down periods (24-hour, 48-hour, and 7-day options)
• Self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent)
• Reality checks with time and spend summaries during active sessions

Once a self-exclusion is activated on your CC6Bet account, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the new account being permanently suspended and any deposited funds being returned minus bonuses.

Privacy & Data Protection

CC6Bet collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the CC6Bet Privacy Policy, which is available at cc6bet.best/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

By registering for a CC6Bet account, you consent to CC6Bet collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including: identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud detection, and communications related to your CC6Bet account and eligible promotions.

CC6Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with: payment processors required to complete your transactions; identity verification services required for KYC compliance; regulatory authorities as required by PAGCOR or Philippine law; and CC6Bet's technology service providers operating under data processing agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CC6Bet platform – including but not limited to the CC6Bet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, images, and software – is the exclusive property of CC6Bet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any CC6Bet content without prior written permission from CC6Bet. Use of CC6Bet content for commercial purposes without authorisation constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, CC6Bet's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the CC6Bet platform is limited to the amount of funds in your CC6Bet account at the time the claim arises. CC6Bet is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; losses resulting from events outside CC6Bet's reasonable control (including internet disruptions, payment system outages, or third-party service failures); or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

CC6Bet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. CC6Bet will use reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of CC6Bet that cannot be resolved through CC6Bet's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact CC6Bet's support team at support@cc6bet.best and allow CC6Bet a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. CC6Bet will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

CC6Bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes that affect your rights or obligations as a CC6Bet player will be communicated by email to your registered address and by a notice on the CC6Bet platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes – such as clarifications, corrections, or additions that do not materially affect player rights – may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of CC6Bet after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
